Terms of Service.

Website and inquiry terms, version 2026-10-17. Production dataset purchases require a separate signed project agreement.

1. Operator & eligibility

bendāta (registered entity to be confirmed). Registered jurisdiction: pending confirmation. Legal contact: teambendata@gmail.com. This service is intended for authorized business representatives aged 18 or older. Do not submit data relating to minors.

2. Permitted platform use

Use the website to inspect demonstrations, read documentation, and prepare legitimate inquiries. Submit only information you have authority to share. Do not abuse the request endpoints, bypass access controls, submit unlawful material, or treat illustrative annotations as verified training labels.

3. Samples & factual specifications

Explorer counts, annotation examples, confidence scores, and schemas are illustrative. Public videos are credited third-party open films, not bendāta inventory, real drone captures, benchmark evidence, or partner endorsements. Loaded resolution and duration come from the media file; frame rate and annotation accuracy are not independently verified. Source licenses and attribution are linked with each sample.

4. Dataset licensing limits

No production dataset license is granted by submitting a form, viewing a preview, or downloading a brief. A project agreement must define permitted training and evaluation uses, redistribution limits, source rights, contributor permissions, model-output restrictions if applicable, retention, and prohibited uses. Open film reuse remains subject to the film’s own license; this website does not narrow rights already granted by that license.

5. Transparent scope & fees

Inquiries carry no fee and create no purchase commitment. Quotes must specify collection, annotation, verification, delivery, and any approved storage or transfer costs. No hidden fees or unexpected bandwidth surcharges apply. Material scope changes and additional costs require written approval before work. No fixed delivery speed, accuracy metric, or enterprise relationship is promised without project-specific evidence.

6. Digital delivery, refunds & remedies

Delivery format, acceptance criteria, remediation, cancellation, and refunds are set in the project agreement, subject to mandatory legal rights. See the Refund Policy. A website request is not an executed contract.

7. Availability & liability

Website demonstrations are provided for inspection and may be unavailable or contain errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator disclaims implied warranties for these public demonstrations and liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable statutory rights, fraud, or other mandatory protections. Liability for paid work must be addressed in the signed project agreement.

8. Privacy, communications & disputes

The Privacy Policy describes inquiry processing and rights requests. No marketing subscription is bundled with a project inquiry. Optional marketing must include an opt-out. Contact the legal address to resolve website issues. These website terms do not invent a governing jurisdiction or override the governing-law provision in a valid project agreement.
