Refunds & cancellations.
Clear scope and acceptance criteria come before custom collection or digital dataset delivery. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
Before work starts
A website inquiry is free and does not create an order. Before payment or work begins, the project agreement must specify the scope, milestones, price, any approved expenses, acceptance rubric, cancellation terms, and any non-recoverable collection costs. No hidden fees or unexpected bandwidth surcharges are permitted; additional costs require prior written approval.
Custom acquisition and work in progress
Custom data projects may involve recruitment, contributor compensation, annotation, and third-party rights that cannot be reversed after they are commissioned. Cancellation is assessed against the agreed milestones. Amounts for unperformed work should be reconciled against documented work completed and pre-approved, non-recoverable costs under the project agreement.
Digital delivery and quality disputes
Dataset access does not remove statutory remedies. If a delivered dataset fails the agreed specification, report the affected sample references and acceptance criteria. The parties should assess remediation, replacement, or a proportionate refund according to the agreement and applicable law. Downloading a demo clip is not a paid purchase.
Request a review
Email teambendata@gmail.com with your project reference and the issue. Do not email payment card details or confidential dataset contents. Any approved refund follows the agreed payment arrangements; no blanket processing time is promised by this website.
License treatment after a refund
Any change to usage rights, access, or retained copies must be stated in the project agreement. Third-party open film licenses remain governed by their own terms. Read the Terms of Service for the distinction between public previews and production datasets.
