Business inquiries ask only for a name, business email, and dataset or partnership specifications: modality, approximate volume, and a project description. We record the required agreement and adult-eligibility confirmations. No phone number, date of birth, payment information, company identifier, or training samples are requested. Do not include sensitive personal data or confidential third-party content in a brief.

3. Purpose and processing basis

Information is used to prepare a project brief and, when an intake service is connected, respond to the inquiry. The applicable basis may include steps requested before a contract, legitimate interests in business communication and security, and consent for optional media preferences. An inquiry is not marketing consent. Acknowledging this notice does not waive your privacy rights.

4. Recipients & external media

When Web3Forms is configured, the browser validates the brief and sends the listed fields and consent records directly to Web3Forms for email delivery. Otherwise, the server validates a submitted brief and, if configured, forwards only the listed fields, consent records, and a submission timestamp to the operator’s intake provider. The application does not persist brief contents in a database or browser storage. Hosting and intake providers may process operational records. Loading a public video contacts W3Schools, Google’s media CDN, or a credited Blender mirror and exposes your IP address and technical request details to that host. Fonts and poster illustrations are served locally at runtime.

5. Children’s data is excluded

This is an adults-only B2B service. We do not accept or knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18, and no data from minors is permitted in inquiries or proposed collections. Both the form and server require an adult confirmation. This is not independent age verification. If information from a minor is identified, it must be removed promptly unless retention is legally required; a parent or guardian may request removal through the privacy contact.

This policy is stricter than COPPA’s under-13 threshold and the GDPR consent thresholds that vary from 13 to 16 in relevant EU contexts. It does not claim that a checkbox alone establishes legal compliance.

6. Retention, transfers & security

The application handles form entries transiently and offers a local download. If a connected service receives the request, retention, access controls, and any international transfer safeguards must be established by the responsible business and its provider agreements. Records should be kept only as long as needed for the inquiry, contract, security, or legal obligations. No specific hosting region or certification is asserted on this website.

7. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of optional consent. CCPA/CPRA rights, including applicable opt-outs and non-discrimination protections, remain available. This application contains no advertising integrations that sell or share information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
